COLLEGE RETENTION INITIATIVE 

Objective: The objective of the College Retention Initiative is to increase retention, achievement and perseverance among males at Alabama State University using peer mentoring and tutoring. We strive to develop our students academically, socially, and professionally. We provide business etiquette seminars, professional development workshops, graduate school preparation, career coaching, study hall, social events, and community service projects.
